Actor-musician Adam Goldberg has listed his Los Angeles-area home for $1.75 million.
Located in celeb-filled Los Feliz, the split-level, mid-century home is set high on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac in the foothills. The actor purchased the residence for $1.54 million back in 2006, and the 1,938-square-foot home still boasts 19050s and ’60s architectural details.
Walls of floor-to-ceiling glass, vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, and exposed interior masonry walls give the three-bedroom, three-bath home a completely unique feel. Of course, beautiful views that extend to L.A.’s skyline and the Pacific Ocean add value, too.
Additional features include a high-ceiling living room with a fireplace and a white brick wall, in addition to a small but quaint eat-in kitchen. The master suite is also impressive, with walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, and a vaulted exposed wood ceiling.
Since beginning his career on “Designing women” in 1990, Goldberg has been in dozens of films. He’s now best known for his roles in Oscar-winners “A Beautiful Mind” and “Saving Private Ryan.”
