Actor-comedian Jon Benjamin has listed his NYC apartment for $1.8 million.

Benjamin spent $1.3 million on the Greenwich Village co-op unit back in 2014, and he’s set to make roughly half a million dollars if the unit sells for its asking price.

The voice actor known for his work on “Bob’s Burgers” and “Archer” devoted quite a bit of time to enhancing the quaint two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located at 126 West 11th Street.

The unit has been completely restored with wainscoting, high ceilings, and an eat-in kitchen. Views of West 11th Street and easy access to a common roof deck make it a great location for a couple. While small, the residence does boast a separate den in addition to the two bedrooms.

Benjamin has been the voice of Archer on Fox since 2009, and he started his run as Bob on FX in 2011. The actor has also voiced roles on “People of Earth,” Family Guy,” and “Wet Hot American Summer.”
