In a Hollywood trade-off, Actress Poppy Montgomery has sold her Los Angeles-area home to fellow actress Bree Turner for $4.955 million. Montgomery purchased the home new two years ago.

Located in the Pacific Palisades, the traditional-style home was designed by Kenneth Ungar, and measures 7,800 square feet.  It is nestled behind privacy walls and gates, and features some nice amenities, like hand-honed woodwork, several fireplaces, and oak floors.

In addition to five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, other features include a wine cellar and a media room. The backyard lends itself to entertaining, with a built-in barbecue, and an outdoor fireplace on the covered patio.

Montgomery is best known for her role on “Without a Trace.” The new owner, Turner, has recently appeared on “Grimm,” and has appeared in several movies as well.
