Smeg has continued its collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana to come out with another collection of small appliances. They’ve debuted the new series at the 2017 Milan Design Week, where they created quite a splash.

Last year the Italian companies collaborated to come out with 100 limited-edition refrigerators. This year, Smeg and Dolce & Gabbana have joined forces with the new “Sicily is my Love” collection of smaller kitchen appliances.

The range includes a toaster, blender, coffee machine, kettle, and juicer.

All of the appliances boast eye-popping designs with Sicilian motifs and ornamentation. Some of the styles include bright lemons and citrus fruits, while others feature dark purple figs; all imagery is borrowed from the landscapes of the Mediterranean island.

Dolce & Gabbana also added dedicate floral details and other ornamental illustrations to complete the overall look of the “Sicily is my Love” collection, making the items potent cultural representations, and strikingly unusual.
