Rolex’s new Datejust 41 might be the famed brand’s most important release of the year, signalling a return of the company to its roots.

The Swiss watchmaker has added a special twist for the Datejust 41. It now comes in stainless steel with a much more cost-effective price tag.

The Datejust line has been Rolex’s best-selling model since 1945, and now the Datejust 41 comes with either a smooth or fluted bezel and a variety of choices for the case and dials. This example is reference No. 126334, and it comes with a stainless steel case, a white gold fluted bezel, and a bright blue dial.

Giving the Datejust 41 its beat is Rolex’s in-house caliber 3235. In addition, it comes with a power reserve of 70 hours and is guaranteed at -2/+2 seconds per day.

The Rolex Datejust 41 Ref. 126334 is priced at $6,300 with a steel bezel and at $9,350 for the 18k white gold example. The price can go up from there depending on the dial, bracelet, and diamond choices chosen.
