Audiophiles have formed a consensus: Vinyl is still the best way to listen to music. It’s warm, and it has an authentic sound which eludes much digital remastering. Vinyl is hot, and belt-drive operation is considered the way to listen to it. Of course, tables aren’t always as contemporary looking as they might be.
The new Orbit Plus Turntable from U-Turn Audio solves this problem in a fantastic sounding, fashion-forward way. It’s belt-driven, it’s substantial, and it looks nifty to boot.
The turntable comes with a 24-volt synchronous motor, a low-mass tonearm, vibration dampening feet, an acrylic platter, and an Audio-Technica AT95E phono cartridge for a clear soundstage and airy presentation.
And, the Orbit Plus Turntable is available in three different colors: black, blue, and green. U-Turn Audio is also reportedly working on more color options.
