Possibly in anticipation of signing with the Los Angeles Rams, Robert Woods has picked up a Hollywood townhome. Woods paid $1.27 million for the property, which had been initially listed last year. The asking price was $1.368 million.

The building was constructed in 2014, and contains two en-suite bedrooms across 1,700 square feet. It’s a very contemporary interior, with 10’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the familiar elements of recessed lighting and hardwood floors. The staircase balustrade and railing is slatted steel, and gives the home a little postmodern appeal.

The common living area is the open-concept second floor; living and dining rooms, and kitchen, are all integrated. The kitchen features a center island with a soapstone cap, dark veneered cabinetry, and stainless appliances. The bedrooms are compact but well-executed, with hardwood floors and cool-toned walls offering a nice contrast. The first floor contains an office, and there is a small enclosed outdoor lounge and garden behind the entrance gate.

From the third floor, the views are very pleasant; downtown Los Angeles, and the Hollywood Hills may be surveyed from the outdoor terrace.

Robert Woods is expected to sign a five year contract with the Rams for an estimated $39 million, with $15 million guaranteed. The USC grad began his professional playing career in 2013. The wide receiver played with the Buffalo Bills before his expected transition to the Rams.
