Actor Adam Sinclair has listed his duplex just outside of Los Angeles in Culver City, California. Sinclair is asking $1.898 million for the property.

The Spanish-style home was built in 1925, and offers a great deal of rustic charm, as well as a few key modern renovations.

Sinclair’s house is arguably as famous as the actor. The property was featured as an exact likeness in a rendering for the popular video game ‘Call of Duty: Black Ops,’ and it also made an appearance in the 2007 smash-hit comedy ‘Superbad.’

The duplex measures 1,562 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms with one bathroom. It also includes a living room with a brick fireplace, and a kitchen with a farmhouse sink, custom cabinetry, and a rail ladder.

The sale of Sinclair’s property includes a second unit that is situated across the grounds, which holds an additional bedroom and bathroom. The grounds are dotted with fruit and palm trees, and are tastefully landscaped.

Another interesting facet of the property is the two-car garage, which has been converted to an entertainment space with beamed ceilings and barn-style doors.

Sinclair is currently known for his role on the longrunning TNT drama “Rizzoli and Isles.”

The 39-year-old actor snatched up the home a little over a decade ago for $920,000. He is currently working on writing and producing a television show based on his life experiences in the neighborhood.
