The Central Park South co-op duplex that belonged to late actress Doris Roberts has been listed for $3.295 million.
Found at 200 Central Park South, the five-bedroom duplex apartment offers park views from oversized windows and a pair of lounging terraces. The space boasts new hardwood flooring throughout, marble in the bathrooms, a living/dining area, a built-in banquet, a bar space with a wine refrigerator, and a kitchen with built-in seating and plenty of cabinet space.
The building comes with amenities such as a laundry room, 24-hour doorman service, a gym, a garage with valet service, and a roof observatory with stunning views of Central Park.
Roberts was famous for her role as Marie Barone, the overbearing albeit loving mother on “Everybody Loves Raymond.” The Broadway veteran turned actress also appeared in films such as “Grandma’s Boy,” “Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star,” and “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.”
The five-time Primetime Emmy award winner passed away last April at the age of 90.
