Actress Eva Longoria of “Desperate Housewives” fame recently sold her pink Mediterranean-style home in Hollywood Hills for a little over $1.374 million.

Situated behind a gated courtyard, the 2,011-square-foot home features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, in addition to views from its position up above the city of the famous.

The home comes with formal dining, entry, and living rooms, a bonus room, and a modern kitchen with a breakfast nook that features arched windows and a stunning representation of the aforementioned views.

Longoria dropped $1.15 million 0n the house over 12 years ago.

The 41-year-old actress has appeared on hit shows such as “Dragnet,” “The Young and the Restless,” and “Telenovela,” on top of her award-winning performance as Gabrielle Solis on “Desperate Housewives.” She also added producing to her list of accomplishments by acting as an executive producer for the Lifetime channel drama “Devious Maids.”
