Actor and comedian Mike Myers of “Saturday Night Live” fame and his wife, Kelly Tisdale, recently dropped $14.675 million to purchase a large condominium in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City.

The building Myers’ new home is in was originally a book bindery that was built in the 19th century on the corner of a pair of cobblestone streets. The seven-story building has been completely repurposed and remodeled to create around 50 units.

Myers and Tisdale’s new condo measures in at 4,241 square feet and holds four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The space boasts oak flooring, splashes of acid-etched glass, rough-hewn exposed wood columns, and marble and stainless steel to create a unique aesthetic.

Amenities of the full-service building include a massive 75-foot long lap pool with travertine marble walls and plushly padded alcoves for swimmers to lounge in after, a 5,000-square-foot rooftop deck with outdoor showers, a children’s playroom, a fitness center that includes a Hammam, and a climate-controlled wine cellar with private locked cages.

Myers also owns an 8-acre compound on Lake Champlain in Colchester, Vermont, and a duplex penthouse in the SoHo neighborhood of New York.

The 53-year-old star of the “Austin Powers” films is also known for his role as the voice of Shrek the ogre in the “Shrek” franchise of movies and corresponding TV shorts. His role as Wayne Campbell on “Saturday Night Live” and the film “Wayne’s World” has lasted for almost 30 years.
