Actor-comic Keegan-Michael Key has just unloaded his Los Feliz neighborhood home in the Los Angeles area for $1.48 million.
Key of “Key and Peele” comic fame will surely miss the beautiful four-bedroom, two-bath home located just outside Griffith Park. Built in the 1960s, the home is accessed via a gated courtyard and boasts incredible views of the city and surrounding mountains via multiple levels.
Stretching 2,600 square feet, the interior spaces include an open-flow kitchen and dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and sliding glass doors set off of the living room that open to a large balcony.
Key’s master suite is luxurious, too, with a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower.
Additionally, the outdoor spaces are designed for entertaining with gardens, stone planters, a patio, and a dining area that’s ideal for an al fresco meal. There’s also a swimming pool with a spa and waterfall.
Key is best known for his series “Key and Peele” on Comedy Central, but the funnyman has since appeared in the 2016 film, “Keanu.”
