Former professional tennis player Justin Gimelstob just dropped $4.4 million to grab a Spanish-style home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The 2006-built two-story house measures in at about 4,800 square feet and boasts features such as a rustic clay tile roof, bespoke interior tilework and stone details, and distressed hardwood flooring.

Gimelstob’s new home has six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and formal dining and living rooms. A modern kitchen comes with a wide island, a brick backsplash, and the room also opens up to a loggia space that includes a fireplace and views of the expansive green lawn.

Climbing vines crawl up the home’s exterior, making the house fit perfectly within the landscaping of the property. The outside space also includes patio space, a built-in barbecue, and a swimming pool that features a waterfall.

Gimelstob was a doubles and mixed doubles champion a total of 15 times in his career, retiring from tennis in 2007. The New Jersey native currently works as a commentator for events on the Tennis Channel.
