Rock legend Pat Benatar and her husband, guitarist Neil “Spyder” Giraldo have listed their oceanfront properties on the gorgeous Hawaiian island of Maui for $3.6 million.

Benatar and Giraldo, along with their two daughters, made the Maui home their main residence for five years until about 2009. The house is situated on the eastern end of Maui near the small village of Hana where the musical couple was married in 1982.

The listing actually includes two separate parcels. The 1.1-acre plot that holds the house is up for $3.2 million while the undeveloped and almost identical parcel right next door is listed for $400,000.

The house in question is a 3,000-square-foot plantation-style beauty that has two bedrooms, a garage that serves as a guest bedroom, and a recording studio. The second floor holds a cupola that doubles as a theater space, which leads out to a deck with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains.

Benatar and Giraldo are rounding out their “We Live for Love” tour and have been forced to move on from the stunning Maui property because of their jam-packed touring schedule.

Benatar and Giraldo now spend most of their time in New York City, with the latter saying “we’ll probably get a brownstone or something in New York,” once the Maui estate sells.
