Pop-rock-icon Pink and her husband, retired motorcycle racer Carey Hart, have offloaded their Malibu estate in a gated community of the popular California beach city for $12.5 million.

Located in the star-studded Point Dume neighborhood of Malibu, the Balinese-styled property features a main house, guesthouse, a swimming pool and spa, and a private path to the beach.

The main house features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms situated across 7,450 square feet. It also includes an office, a media room, a great room with a dining area, a chef’s kitchen that includes two islands, and a stone fireplace.

Out front is a koi pond that sets the tone of the island theme of the property. There exterior landscaping and design carries on this aesthetic with tropical plants and a number of sitting areas and patios that scream relaxation.

Pink and her X-Games-winning hubby paid $11.85 million for the home in 2010.
