The heiress to the Johnson & Johnson company, Elizabeth Ross “Libet” Johnson, has listed her Millbrook, New York, horse farm dubbed Lightning Tree Farm for $28.5 million.

The 600-plus acre property is bookmarked by a massive Greek-revival mansion built near 1850 that measures in at more than 18,000 square feet and features an elevator, a movie theater, a ballroom, a children’s playroom complete with a stage featuring electronic curtains, and everything in between.

The property also includes four guesthouses, full and complete equestrian facilities with an 18-stall stable, and even a helipad, the latter of which is one of the very few located on private property in Dutchess County, New York. Also on the estate are custom fountains and a swimming pool surrounded by a pool house facility with a kitchen.

Johnson and her family will maintain and keep a working farm they also own near Lightning Tree Farm, so the new owners will immediately become neighbors with the family that brought the world so many healthcare and beauty products.

Should Johnson achieve her $28.5 million asking price, it would be the most expensive property sale in Millbrook’s history.
