Eve Plumb, famous for her role as Jan on the classic American sitcom “The Brady Bunch,” recently dropped $1.65 million for a new condo near the United Nations building in Manhattan.

Plumb’s new pad spans 1,100 square feet and offers views of Midtown to the west, north, and south via large windows and terraces situated just off both bedrooms to make it seem like a paradise in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city that never sleeps.

Complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, several living spaces, and a kitchen, Plumb’s new condo is the perfect spot to rest and relax with complete views of New York City.

Plumb and her husband also own a smaller apartment located on the Upper West Side of New York. The former child star turned painter sold her precious cottage on Escondido Beach in early 2016 for $3.9 million. She had bought the California beach property for $55,300 all the way back in 1969 when she was 11 years old.
