Those who know Ellen Degeneres, the comedian and host of one of the most popular syndicated talk shows in America, may know that she’s also a pretty gifted flipper of houses. It looks like she’s looking to unload another one this week. One of Degeneres’ two condos in the 24-story Beverly West building has just come up for sale with an asking price of $6.9 million.

The 3,813-square-foot home includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms, private elevator access, slate floors and a sort of low-lit French Regency vibe. Mottled paints in olive and cream offer a rich, lavish look, while dark furnishings like the pleated leather couch and a heavy wood dining table sit atop antique rugs.

The high gloss kitchen includes sleek lacquered cabinets, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and bar seating for four in addition to a breakfast nook overlooking the exclusive Los Angeles Country Club through picture windows. Other appurtenances include storage for wine, walk-in closets and custom wood paneling.

Building amenities include a 24-hour valet, a pilates room and a separate fitness center, a saltwater swimming pool with a spa and a barbecue and lounge area.

You may remember that it was just back in August when Degeneres and wife Portia de Rossi sold their Hollywood Hills home for $9.9 million.

Among Degeneres’ other homes are a 10,000-square-foot Santa Barbara villa, purchased for $26.5 million, and a $16 million contemporary in Beverly Hills.
