Brazilian swimsuit model Isabeli Fontana has offloaded her apartment at The Berkley House at 120 Central Park South in New York City for $2.5 million. The sale comes more than a year after she initially listed the property in July of 2015 for $3.095 million.
The former Victoria’s Secret model lowered the asking price bit by bit as the year went on, eventually having to hand the listing over to a new agent.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom pad boasts high-beam ceilings, an office space, and views of Central Park. Fontana originally purchased it in 2013 for $1.66 million.
Fontana recently married Brazilian singer Diego Ferrero this past August in the Maldives, which is probably why she was ready to move on from the prime location.
