Actor and comedian Joel McHale recently offloaded his Los Angeles-area home for $2.55 million, which is $155,000 more than the former host of “The Soup” was asking for his Los Feliz property.

The 1940s Traditional-style, 3,500-square-foot abode sold quickly, with the sale closing about a month after the four-bedroom house was initially listed.

A renovated interior boasts dark wood flooring, a bright paint and wallpaper scheme, and canyon views through large windows in the living room.

Situated on nearly a third of an acre, the outdoor spaces include a tiled patio with an accompanying fireplace and a staircase that finds its way to the nearby hiking trails.

McHale now calls Studio City his home. The 44-year-old figure also boasts television credits in the popular comedy “Community” and roles in movies such as “Ted” and “A Merry Friggin’ Christmas.”
