Now that Kathy Griffin has an ample home in Bel Air with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian as neighbors, she’s looking to offload another totally ample property—this one in Hollywood Hills—for what looks like a meager $5.495 million next to the $10.5 million purchase price of her new pad.

With her old house clocking in at around 8,000 square feet and featuring five bedrooms, a pair of indoor reflecting pools, an elevator and an ultra-contemporary vibe, Griffin was hardly living like a pauper. A pair of home offices includes a private room finished in beige and stacked stone as well as a multi-station office done up in trendy gray.

Other appurtenances include a dining area with bubbly chandeliers and a trippy blue wallpaper, two separate living areas and a double-islanded kitchen with bar seating for five. The master suite comes with a corner fireplace, a long walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hooked poles for bag display, a seating area and an oversized bathroom with a sunken tub, a lit vanity and a frameless glass shower.

Outside, observation decks provide stunning mountain views that include L.A.’s famous Hollywood sign, and there’s also a saltwater swimming pool with a built-in hot tub and a shaded cabana.

Griffin reportedly paid $2.85 million in 2004 for the house, dubbed “Wings” by the previous owners because its stretched-V shape makes it look like a bird mid-flight. It was featured extensively on her television show, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List.
