American sports car manufacturer Saleen is celebrating its 20th anniversary of the start of a seven-year consecutive run of racing championships.

Saleen was able to garner more than 12 racing championships across the world from 1996 to 2002. Those years of automotive excellence continued to contribute to the unique makeup of the Saleen S7 supercar.

In honor of the brand’s motorsport wins, Saleen has unveiled a brand-new, limited-edition model. Only seven of the exclusive Saleen S7 LM models will be created, with each one featuring special wheel, interior, livery, and performance improvements.

Those enhancements are sure to make a stunning vehicle, as the model its based off of the Saleen S7, and it is even considered by some as America’s first supercar. Built in Corona, California, Saleen’s new models will sport 7.0-liter, twin-turbo engines complete with 1,000 horsepower.
