Chris Paul, the star point guard for the Los Angeles Clippers, knows a thing or two about putting people in a position to succeed: the 11-year veteran has led the NBA in assists per game four times over his illustrious career. Now he’s making moves himself by listing his Bel-Air mansion for a cool $11.495 million.

Paul purchased the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate four years ago from “Complicated” singer Avril Lavigne for $8.495 million, not long after being traded to the Clippers from New Orleans. He’s since purchased another home on two acres in the tony exurb of Calabasas, for $8.995 million, where his neighbors include Kanye West, Drake, Ozzy Osbourne, and the Kardashian clan.

Paul’s Bel-Air home has more than 12,000 square feet of interior space. Amenities include a 12-seat home theater, a billiards room, and a gym with a sauna. There are hardwood floors and modern fixtures throughout the home and a chef’s kitchen complete with two islands—room enough to host a squad of teammates. The two-story Mediterranean-style home is serviced by an elevator and sits on a half-acre in the gated Bel-Air Crest. Sliding glass walls off the common areas open to a swimming pool, spa, and sweeping canyon and reservoir views.

Paul, 31, is one of the most decorated players of his generation. He averaged 19.5 points and 10 assists last year, his fifth in Los Angeles. The former first-round pick has made nine All-Star teams, eight All-NBA teams, and eight All-Defensive teams, and has won two Olympic gold medals.
