Those who love dirt, oil, and adventure will be happy to hear that Can-Am has released a new version of its Maverick collection.

Can-Am’s new Maverick X3 X DS is certainly made for outdoor adventuring and looks perfectly at home among the dunes. Interested riders will be able to choose between three new variations—the X3, X3 X DS, and the X3 X RS—that share several impressive specs.

The most impressive update might be the upgrade to the engine, since the new Can-Am vehicles sport turbocharged 154-horsepower Rotax engines that are able to push the Maverick models to 60 miles per hour in under 5 seconds.

Added Fox 3.0 Podium RC2 HPG shocks also provide two feet of travel for trails and hills to ensure riders stay in their seats. To increase control, an elongated chassis of more than a foot has also been added.

The rugged new monster is ready to climb dunes starting at $23,000.
