Actor Alan Yang is trying to lease out his Hollywood Hills home. The “Master of None” star is hoping to receive $7,000 a month for his mid-century bungalow in the celeb-filled Outpost Estates neighborhood.

The former “Parks and Recreation” writer-producer purchased the residence for $1.2 million in August of 2011. Nestled near the end of a long cul-de-sac, the two-story house spans just under 2,000 square feet with three beds and two baths.

Modest in size for a four-time-Emmy-nominated show creator, the home features a combination living and dining room and plenty of modern upgrades thanks to designer Sally Breer. Accents like a fireplace covered in reclaimed-wood planks and a room clad in windows offering views of the city make the home truly unique.

The master suite matches the modern style of the rest of the home with a vaulted ceiling, and the library/office sports floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, another fireplace, and French doors opening to a series of stone terraces set into the planted hillside.

However, the best room in the house might be the speakeasy-style lounge that’s tucked discretely behind a bookshelf that acts as a secret door.
