Kelsey Grammer, best known for his turn as Frasier Crane on television’s Cheers and its spin-off Frasier, is looking to sell his Chelsea condominium, and the luxurious pad is everything his cultured character could have hoped for. The 3,076-square-foot home is located inside a building designed by Pritzker Prize-winning French architect Jean Nouvel, with a unique façade that features over 1,600 differently shaped windows.

The apartment itself includes 11-foot ceilings, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a Crestron home automation system and about 100 feet of Hudson River frontage.

The three bedrooms—which all include river views—are all en suite, while in the living room, guests will find a sleek, stone gas fireplace and a wet bar complete with quartz countertops. A double oven, a center island with bar seating and pier views make the kitchen perfect for entertaining, while the master suite’s bathroom includes a separate steam shower and Jacuzzi tub and is currently outfitted with a flat-screen television.

Among the building’s other amenities are a 70-foot indoor-outdoor pool, a fitness center, a garden and a concierge on duty 24/7.

Grammer, who reportedly paid $6.4 million for the Eleventh Avenue home in 2010 with then-new wife Kayte Walsh, is now asking $10 million for the contemporary spread.

His publicist said that the actor’s family, which includes six children from Grammer’s four marriages, has “outgrown” the space.

The actor can next be seen on the newly greenlit Amazon series The Last Tycoon. The show is based on an unfinished novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald and features Grammer as movie executive Pat Brady.
