Legendary Colorado Rockies first baseman Todd Helton—who made north of $160 million in 17 years with the team—will be leaving his home in Brighton, Colorado. The 2000 Major League batting champion and wife Christy are seeking $2.3 million for their 10,560-square-foot ranch.

The one-story house, built in 2002, includes plenty of man cave staples like an indoor-outdoor patio area with barbecue and bay door, a private movie theater, stone-landscaped pool and hot tub combination, a gym and a sports-memorabilia dotted wet bar.

Featuring knotty alder trim throughout, as well as slate, travertine marble and plush carpet flooring, the house is a Rocky Mountain spin on the classic Tuscan estate, with a distinctly Western rustic sensibility.

The home’s double wooden entry doors open to a tiled corridor with a study to the right and the first of four bedrooms to the left, and among the eight bathrooms is a standout master bath featuring a soaking tub with built-in fireplace.

The home also includes a second master suite with a dedicated bath, and a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the other two bedrooms.

An eight-burner stove distinguishes the kitchen, and a gated driveway and dense tree line offer privacy in the front and backyards. Also included in the backyard is a children’s playground and entertaining patios of iron and stone.

Helton likely isn’t going far: he also owns a ranch in Kersey, Colorado, and in a February interview with MLB Network Radio stated that he loved being in the area. “I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m forever a Rockie. Hopefully, I’ll get to talk to them and make a difference somehow in the organization.”
