Heavy metal legend Metallica has become the fresh face of Brioni’s new menswear campaign, blending rock and roll with the luxurious suits the Italian company is known for.
James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett, Robert Trujillo, and Lars Ulrich don black suits and white tuxedos to iconize the new campaign thanks to the careful planning of Brioni’s new creative director Justin O’Shea.
Brioni even created a new rock-n-roll-themed logo to complete the look, one that features gothic lettering that looks much like the type used by many metal and rock bands around the world.
Photographer Zackery Michael shot the photos of Metallica decked out in Brioni’s newest custom suits and also photographed the sunglasses from the Italian brand’s eyewear collection in San Francisco.
Brioni unveiled the shoot just ahead of its fashion show during Paris Couture Week on July 4th.
