“The Breakfast Club” star Molly Ringwald has just listed her New York City apartment for $1.8 million.
Ringwald’s East Village NYC unit holds two bedrooms and 1.5 baths spread across the top two floors of 122 East 10th Street. The duplex is located in a row house in the Renwick Triangle and features antique wooden windows, two wood-burning fireplaces, and 10-foot exposed beam ceilings.
The Brat Pack member’s co-op apartment is relatively modest compared to fellow star Demi Moore’s $75-million triplex penthouse that’s still on the market. However, Ringwald’s apartment is charming in its own right with features like a luxe master suite complete with a wood burning fireplace and an exposed brick accent wall.
The actress bought the duplex in 2004, but since Ringwald and her husband, Panio Gianopoulos, have three children, they’ve rented the unit out quite a bit in recent history, opting to reside in their larger Santa Monica home with their kids.
