American boxing legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather just made a big move by purchasing an impressive Miami Beach mansion. The hard-hitter threw down $7.7 million for an expansive home previously owned by Miami restaurateurs Nick and Nadia Di Donato.

Mayweather’s new modern home is located on Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach and spans 5,200 square feet with unique lighting fixtures, wood floors, walls of windows, and Italian finishes. All those windows offer the boxer great views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

The five-division world champion’s new digs feature vaulted interiors, Ipe wood siding, a private dock, an outdoor kitchen, and a zero-edge swimming pool and spa in the backyard.

Mayweather may have retired last year, but he has an estimated net worth of $650 million and is one of the highest-paid athletes of all time. He left the boxing world with a perfect 49-0 record, 26 of which were knockout victories.
