The Ferrari 458 Speciale was a pretty exclusive model created by the Italian supercar maker, serving as the best performance variant of the 458 Italia before it was replaced by the 488 GTB. But when the right amount of money changes hands, anything can happen. That’s exactly the case with this one-off, custom-built Ferrari 458 MM Speciale.
The 458 MM Speciale uses the chassis of a stock Speciale, but features a redesigned body—crafted from aluminum except for the carbon-fiber front and rear bumpers—to give the custom car a different look without affecting the aerodynamics.
The bespoke car has a 4.5-liter V8 that makes 597 horsepower and 398 pound-feet of torque—the same stock engine as the 458 Speciale—and all of that power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The Speciale runs from 0-to-62 mph in 3.0 seconds flat and can reach a top speed in the ballpark of 200 mph.
The custom 458 MM Speciale boasts Ferrari’s Bianco Italia paint, which is a metallic white color, and the interior is finished in Cioccolato leather with white stitching to complete the all-white-everything look that is broken up by red, white, and green stripes going down the center of the vehicle in the fashion of an Italian flag.
While this certainly won’t be the last factory-built custom car Ferrari produces, the 458 MM Speciale is certainly in a class of its own.
