A 1920s-built home dubbed Bella Vista with a famous Hollywood history has landed back on the open market for $29.95 million.

The Spanish-style home was once owned by John Barrymore, actress Drew Barrymore’s grandfather. The parcel most recently belonged to “Top Gun” director and longtime producer, the late Tony Scott, who purchased the home for around $280,000 in 1992.

Scott’s widow, Donna, first tried to unload the property and a few nearby vacant lots for $42.5 million in the Fall of 2015, and now just the home and its lot are for sale.

The home was built in the 1920s on a 1.5-acre plot, and it is perfect for entertaining with a 10,000-square-foot main house that holds five bedrooms, two guesthouses, a pool, an outdoor fireplace, and a koi pond.
