Philadelphia Phillies star slugger Ryan Howard has found success in his second attempt at selling his Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, home, earning $2.69 million with a sale pending after just three weeks on the market.

Howard originally tried to sell the house back in 2014 for $2.95 million but couldn’t find a buyer. He purchased the manse for $2.3 million back in 2009.

Located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Howard’s home received a $500,000 facelift last year and holds six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Other features of the home include a chef’s kitchen, a butler’s pantry, a furnished basement with a bar, a wine cellar, a gym, and a sauna.

The 2006 MVP is in the middle of his 13th season in Philadelphia and in the final year of a five-year, $125-million contract.
