Country superstars and power couple Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are still in the process of trying to unload their 750-plus-acre farm in Franklin, Tennessee. The musical A-listers’ property is located about 45 minutes outside of Nashville, and it’s been on the open market for nearly three years.
Priced at $18.5 million, the expansive property is home to a three-bedroom, antebellum-style house and a quaint log cabin. Perfect for an outdoorsy weekend away, the property has true country charm without many frills.
The lot’s size is unique and rare to come by, which adds value to the estate, but for some reason, it still hasn’t been able to sell. Part of the reason could be that the home on site does need some renovation work and TLC.
Since the property is so large, the pair has decided to divide the farm into two parcels: 350 acres with the log cabin for $10 million and 268 acres with the historic home for $8.5 million. They recently unloaded a 123-acre piece for $2.8 million.
