The CEO of clothing brand J.Crew has just listed his second New York home. Mickey Drexler’s 6,226-square-foot Franklin Street unit was listed last year, and now he has listed his 9,000-square-foot townhouse on Greenwich Street for $30 million.

Even though both of Drexler’s luxurious NYC homes feature interiors designed by Thierry Despont, he’s selling both pads because he primarily lives in the Upper East Side.

With a mix of simple neutrals and bold primary colors, the quirky home certainly has a personality of its own. Under Despont’s keen eye, the former warehouse was completely transformed into the luxe and modern single-family home it is today.

Some of the new features include bold industrial pieces mixed with modern finishes for a flair of timeless elegance.
