Pop artist Adam Levine, “The Voice” star judge and face of Maroon-5, along with his wife, Namibian-born Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo, have listed their lower Manhattan loft for $5.5 million. Considering that the couple is expecting their first child together, their move isn’t surprising.

Despite its prime location and enticing early 20th-century cast-iron building, the duo is probably looking to move into something a little bigger than the 2,800-square-foot pad with just one bedroom and two bathrooms.

A key-lock elevator opens directly into the living space that boasts cast-iron columns, exposed brick walls, narrow-gauge hardwood floors, and silver-painted pressed tin ceiling. A smartly appointed bedroom with a large walk-in closet and bathroom, the second bathroom, and a well-appointed open kitchen with a four-stool snack counter all round out the rest of the apartment.

Back in the Los Angeles area, the couple was spotted looking at homes in the star-studded and family-friendly Pacific Palisades neighborhood. Levine also maintains ownership of a 3.6-acre compound in the Benedict Canyon area of Beverly Hills that he purchased in 2013 for $4.83 million.
