Mike Tyson didn’t have to bite any ears to sell his palatial home in Henderson, Nevada, just outside of Sin City. The Las Vegas home is already off the market after being listed for $1.5 million. It received an offer on the first day.
The five-bedroom, four-bath 5,804-square-foot house is a modern steal with remodeled touches like a 25-foot lighted waterfall in the sunken great room, a new kitchen, and completely updated bathrooms. All of the fresh work by Tyson and his wife Lakiha Spicer was completed with a contemporary aesthetic in mind as the couple always hoped to sell the home quickly.
The best part is Tyson and family will be the new owner’s neighbors since Tyson scooped up a home just down the street that doubles the size of the one he just sold. He bought the new home for $2.5 million about a month ago.
Tyson, who had a resurgence in his career thanks to his roles in the popular “Hangover” franchise movies, now stars in his own cartoon show entitled “Mike Tyson Mysteries.”
