Dick Freeland made his fortune as the owner of a plethora of Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises, and he used some of that wealth to create Freeland Castle, a 29,331-square-foot mansion on 50 acres of land in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The expansive castle is now available for $30 million, making it the most expensive listing in the entire state.

The gigantic home holds 16 bedrooms, 26 bathrooms, and 16 fireplaces and features stylings meant to serve as a throwback to the estates of the Gilded Age with modern upgrades.

The rest of the property includes a grand total of 10 bedrooms, including an extra 8,000-square-foot house and a 6,720-square-foot stable that also features a guest suite and even a 7-acre lake.

Freeland was active in politics, even reportedly hosting the Bush family at the estate at one point. The pizza and chicken magnate passed away in 2013.
