Rock’n’Roll legend Keith Richards and his partner, former model Patti Hansen, are already ready to move on from their lower Manhattan penthouse that they purchased just two years ago for $10.5 million.
The couple recently listed their 2,700-square-foot conglomerate of three apartments in a limestone and brown brick building on the northern edge of Washington Park Square for $12.23 million.
The unit is one of the prime spots on the lower Fifth Avenue and has three or four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a series of terraces with stunning views.
Richards owns a bevy of other property around the world, including Redlands, the historic estate about 100 miles outside of London, a two-acre oceanfront escape on the uber private Parrot Cay island in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and an eight-acre estate that includes a custom-built 8,300-square-foot main house in the scenic getaway area of Weston, Connecticut, which is the couple’s main U.S. residence.
