Sean “Diddy” Combs is not having much luck in the real estate market these days. The hip-hop mogul has just reduced the price of his New York mansion from $13.5 million down to $8 million. The mansion has appeared on and off the market for nearly five years.

Located around 20 miles north of Midtown Manhattan, the 3.25-acre property was originally put on the market back in summer of 2011. The mansion on site has more than 20 rooms with seven bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms.

What makes the home so unique is that there are actually three multi-room master suites each with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Of course, spacious formal living and dining rooms flanked by a central foyer that opens up to a double-heigh great room with a wet bar and fireplace offer plenty of space for entertaining.

The new owner will also surely enjoy the wood-paneled library complete with a green marble-faced fireplace. Additional amenities include a full gym, a detached three-car garage, an indoor basketball court, a swimming pool, and a massive 2,000-square-foot recreation room.

Combs is currently also trying to unload a New York City condo that he purchased in 2005 for $3.8 million.
