The Bentley Mulsanne is already at the top of the list when it comes to luxury sedans, and recently the iconic British company went and topped itself with the new Bentley Grand Limousine by Mulliner at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.
Bentley’s Mulliner customization division made the Mulsanne both longer and taller to make the rear cabin the epitome of luxury and the limo the perfect car to ride in. The four seats in the back are divided from the driver’s cockpit by electrochromic glass that can switch from opaque to translucent with the push of a button.
The plush rear cabin is decked out in a blend of new technology like iPad docks and charging stations, in addition to a classic aesthetic marked by handcrafted wood and leather, even featuring a wood veneer roof bow. Amenities also include a bottle cooler with frosted glass, crystal flutes, and a soft drink cooler with its own custom tumblers.
Bentley upgraded the 6.7-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 and the suspension that comes in the standard Muslanne to handle the extra size and weight, but has not released details on what changes it made.
While the Grand Limousine by Mulliner is a private commission, anyone with enough currency can probably get a similar bespoke model.
