Recently reinstated Tinder CEO Sean Rad has listed his Los Angeles city-view condo in an upscale apartment house for $1.795 million.

The 2,298-square-foot space is a mid-floor unit in the high-rise living space located at the middle point between Beverly Hills, Century City, Holmby Hills, and Westwood, which are some of LA’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Rad purchased the two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit for $1.3 million in 2013.

The entrance hall opens to a large living and dining space with chocolate-toned hardwood flooring. The kitchen features slab granite countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Floor plans show the master suite is located on the opposite side of the apartment from the guestroom for optimum privacy. The master also has its own private entrance to a second terrace, a small sitting area with a fireplace, a large soaking tub, and a separate toilet and shower space.

After his reinstatement, Rad dropped $7.5 million for a 5,283-square-foot penthouse space less than a mile from his current listing. His new spread now has views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean in addition to the city.
