Jennifer Lopez is a very busy lady with all of her various projects, being an entertainment mogul and all. But the superstar hasn’t had much success in the real estate market with her Hidden Hills compound in Los Angeles after recently slashing the price $2 million, which takes the listing price down to $12.5 million.

This isn’t the first price cut to the home, which Lopez initially listed for $17.5 million last year. Lopez purchased the 17,000-square-foot mansion six years ago for $8.2 million.

The home features large living and dining rooms, a paneled study, a giant family room, a top-of-the-line kitchen, and a beautiful swimming pool, this is all in addition to the eight bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms tucked into the manse.

Lopez’ property also has a separate wing complete with a decked-out staff apartment, a 20-seat theater, a gym and dance studio, a recording studio, and an expansive dressing room with four walk-in closets.

The singer also currently owns a home in the Hamptons, which she dropped $10 million for in 2013, and an extensive duplex penthouse in Manhattan, which she paid $22.5 million for in 2014.
