J. Crew’s CEO Mickey Drexler has just reduced the price on his New York apartment by $10 million. The ultra-modern and stylish apartment is now available for just $25 million.

Bold interiors and a chic look make the unit truly one of a kind. Since the apartment’s owner is clothing giant J. Crew’s CEO, it’s not surprising that the 6,226-square-foot unit is so uniquely swanky.

After sitting on the market at $35 million for several months, the price was dropped to $29 million before finally being reduced to $25 million. With 5 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, several walk-in closets, and 11-foot ceilings, it’s certainly more than just stylish.

Some of those chic features include a custom billiards area, bold arched windows, original columns, and wide-plank Brazillian floors. The Manhattan loft also sports a grand dining room with an impressive kitchen perfect for entertaining friends and family.
