Less than a year after Hollywood producer extraordinaire Steven Spielberg sold his Arts and Crafts-inspired estate along Broad Beach in Malibu in an off-market deal for $26 million, the property is up for sale again for $35 million.

Yes, that’s a $9-million increase in the property that sold about eight months ago. The 1.41-acre estate can also be rented for $150,000 per month.

The former Speilberg mansion holds 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, including a second-floor master suite with a private library, a separate bedroom, two fireplaces, a massage room, a very large bathroom, and a terrace along the full width of the home with expansive views up and down the coast.

The parcel also features a two-bedroom guesthouse, another space that could be used for a gym or studio, and garage space for three cars even though there is much more space for off-street parking.

It is believed that Beverly Hills real estate king Steve Gozini is the current owner of the former Speilberg property. Gozini also owns another beachfront property in Malibu that he purchased for $20 million a few years ago in a separate off-market deal that was also put up for lease for $150,000 a month.
