Celebrity hotspot Calabasas is looking for its next resident. After just a year and a half, singer and television star Selena Gomez is selling her Los Angeles County home.

Although the home has been the target of attempted intrusions during her residence, the beautiful estate is something to be marveled. Listed for $4.495 million, the 5-bedroom and 5.5-bath mansion sits on 3.15 acres of gated land.

The celebrity home features a separate guesthouse with a full-size kitchen, walk-in closet, and bathroom, in addition to a loggia with an outdoor fireplace.

Inside the main house, double-height formal and dining rooms are perfect for entertaining. A fireplace and media center as well as a large kitchen with a breakfast nook add extra space for socializing.

Additional A-list amenities include an enclosed courtyard, a pool and spa, an outdoor eating area with a pizza oven, and a spacious master suite with double vanities, a steam shower, and a garden tub.

Gomez purchased the home for $3.69 million in March of 2014.
