Say hello to my little mansion! “El Fureidis,” the California property used for iconic scenes in the movie “Scarface” has sold. However, Tony Montana wouldn’t be too happy about the price.

“El Fureidis” was sold for a fraction of its original 2014 asking price of $35 million. Maybe Scarface could’ve squeezed a few million more out of the buyers who purchased the 10-acre Montecito estate for $12.26 million in late October.

The main house was built in the 1900s and features both Roman and Middle Eastern designs. It has four bedrooms and comes in at almost 10,000 square feet with a unique dining room complete with a barrel-dome ceiling finished in 24-karat gold leaf and a “conversation room” with 18-foot ceilings.

The grounds offer Persian-style gardens and fountains. In the back of the estate is the multiple level patio system with reflecting pools where the wedding scene from “Scarface” was filmed.
