Iconic rocker Billy Joel has listed his 13,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style home in Manalapan, Florida, sitting on a piece of land between Lake Worth and the Atlantic Ocean.

Originally built in 2004, Joel purchased the Palm Beach County property in 2014 for $11.84 million and it seems like recent renovations have caused the price to increase.

The main house has seven bedrooms—with two more available in the guesthouse—which combine a rustic European vibe with beachfront style living. The estate is complete with a pool and private dock looking out onto Lake Worth.

Joel also owns the two properties to the south of the home for sale for a total of eight acres of local land. Lately, Joel has unloaded an oceanfront Long Island estate, his late mother’s Long Island home, two Manhattan condos, and a South Beach property.
