Virgin Limited tycoon Richard Branson has added another locale to his award-winning retreats with The Branson Estate on Moskito Island in the British Virgin Islands.

The retreat will be open for rentals starting in early 2016 and is stretched over the 125-acre Moskito Island in the Caribbean waters. The Branson Estate consists of three villas: Headland House, Mangrove Villa, and Beach Villa for a total of 11 bedrooms and accommodations for up to 22 guests.

Other accommodations include a recreation area that serves as a central location for leisure and dining, a beach house with a wrap-around infinity pool complete with a swim-up bar, a tennis pavilion, and a water sports center.

Guests with children will be happy to know that the Branson Estate on Moskito Island offers custom menus for younger guests and a babysitting service for an additional charge.
