The Beverly Hills, California, home of late billionaire businessman Kirk Kerkorian has hit the market for $22 million.
The 9,732-square-foot Mediterranean-style house has two master suites, six bedrooms, and six bathrooms. The living room and dining room open up to a backyard complete with a tennis court and guesthouse.
The man responsible for the International Hotel was the embodiment of the American success story as the son of Armenian immigrants who worked his way to success. He’s even believed to be the mastermind behind the “megaresort” concept in Las Vegas.
Kerkorian was the second oldest billionaire behind David Rockefeller (100) and originally purchased the home for $3.5 million in 1998.
